Keith and I have been meaning to write you this letter for quite some time. We wanted to take this opportunity to extend our appreciation to you and your company for building our home in Sherwood Lakes. Although it has been over a year since our home was completed, we continue to sing your praises when we are asked about our building experience. We feel very fortunate to have had such an honest, flexible builder assist us not only in the design of our home, but in the building process as well. I will admit that we did start out a little apprehensive. Knowing Keith would be extremely watchful of every process, (as a Construction Superintendent in the Orlando area) and knowing it would be from afar (we were only able to make the trip over on the weekends). However, it was noticed early on that our fears were unfounded. You kept the communication process open and remained flexible to our suggestion and requested changes. It has been over a year since our home was completed, and we honestly have had no reason to contact your for any problems! It is with high regard that we would recommend "Branham Construction" to future homeowners. It has been seven months since we have moved into our new home. We are finally able to take the time to tell you much of our family is enjoying our new house and community.

You, Gary, and Julie were wonderful to work with and made this major step in our life uncomplicated and satisfying. Your family was gracious at all times and did not hesitate to assist us when we had questions. Your interior decorator, Julie Mills was patient, honest, and friendly. She put forth the extra effort to sense our lifestyle, our preferences, and budget, and worked accordingly. Julie's suggestions and gentle prodding helped turn our house in the home we were striving to create.

From the day we stepped into your model home, The Ashley, we were treated like as if we were the most important customers to step through the door. Gary Shipman was knowledgeable and honest. He answered our questions in a timely manner and those he couldn't answer, he made certain that you were consulted.

This letter is written as a heartfelt thanks to all of the staff at Branham Construction. When we came to Polk County from south Florida we looked at the opportunity to build a new house and create a new home in Lakeland. When I bumped into Bill one day, little did I know it was the beginning of a new house.

As with all new ‘fully custom’ projects there are the ideas and dreams of the ‘look and feel’ of what you believe is the dream home. Bill and his son Ken spent a huge amount of time making our dream home a success.
